PRIDE stands for P‑Pension Fund | R‑Returns for | I‑Informed | D‑Decision & | E‑Empowerment. It is a comparison and decision‑support tool that leverages historical NAV data that is updated daily to present XIRR‑based performance of the various Pension Fund Managers under the National Pension System (NPS). It is tailored to a subscriber's investment choice (Active or Auto), date of investment and amount contributed for Tier I (Pension Account). The intent is to help subscribers identify significant retirement wealth creators by evaluating historical performance in a choice‑specific manner rather than only scheme‑wise, point‑to‑point returns.
