Assumptions

• Colors: No documented brand palette exists yet — we'll extract from existing collateral and formalize during Design Proposal (3.c), pending Brand sign-off
• Fonts: Assumes a licensed/open-source typeface unless Nomura has a proprietary font — font files + web/app embedding license required if custom
• Media/imagery: Mockups use placeholder/licensed stock imagery; final production imagery is the Bank's responsibility to supply
• Icons: Assumes a customized standard icon library, not fully bespoke, unless scoped separately
• Content in mockups: Representative/sample data, not live client data, unless supplied by the Bank
• Existing design files: Assumes no usable source files exist — Discovery done via live walkthroughs and screenshots

Dependencies

• Figma workspace: Client's Enterprise tenant vs. ours — needs InfoSec/data-residency alignment at kickoff
• Brand assets: Logo source files (SVG/AI), brand guidelines, mandatory-use colors for disclosures/alerts
• Screen states: Access to edge cases — empty, error, loading — not just the happy path
• Existing component library: Confirm any existing design system fragment — build-new vs. extend are different scopes

Exclusions

• CSS/code extraction: Dev Mode provides spec-accurate CSS and token references, not production-ready framework code — engineering implementation still required
• Custom illustration, 3D assets, and commissioned photography — unless separately priced
• Font and stock-imagery licensing costs — we recommend, but cost/ownership sits with the Bank
• Ongoing Figma file maintenance beyond the agreed handover period
