Unclaimed Deposits

Welcome to the Unclaimed Deposits portal!

Subscribers under NPS and NPS-Lite-Swavalamban Scheme who have deposited in the past the contribution to their respective Points of Presence (as listed on the portal) under NPS/NPS-Lite (PoPs-PS-Lite, erstwhile Aggregators'), however the said contribution was not uploaded/credited to their respective PRAN or PRAN was not generated and the amount remained unreconciled at PoPs and ultimately the funds were transferred to Subscribers' Pension Contribution Protection Account (SPCPA) maintained by PFRDA, then in such cases the subscriber/claimant/depositor may now can claim their refunds through this online system.

This portal allows subscribers, claimants, and depositors to submit claims for unclaimed contributions along with necessary documentation. The process is simple and can be completed entirely online.

Who Can Claim?
  • NPS and NPS Lite subscribers
  • Individuals with or without PRAN numbers
  • Claimants with valid identity and address proof
What You'll Need
  • PRAN details (if available)
  • Contribution amount and deposit date
  • Supporting documents (identity proof, address proof, bank proof and copy of contribution receipt/acknowledgement details)
